Maybe we could do a swap in the interests of world peace...Duane "Dog" Chapman could fill in for him as President, and Dubya could serve Dog's prison time down in Mexico. Certainly Dog couldn't do worse than Dubya, and if Dubya is going to serve prison time anywhere, it might as well be in Mexico. Of course, I recognize that Dubya will never serve prison time anywhere for his crimes, but in a perfect world, he would. Then again, in a perfect world, a dim-witted cipher like him never would have gotten "elected" President of the United States in the first place.

Good idea for the criminals, not so much for the law-abiding citizens...
