Lynch is a terrific player, though his sound is not overly distinctive. He is one of the better guitarist of the 80's.

His work with Dokken and Lynch Mob is killer. A very underrated hard rock guitarist.

Lynch is a lot better than his meagre fame suggests. Dokken, although not the coolest band in the world, actually have some very skilled members, and some of the riffs Lynch wrote and played are very complicated.
