I must admit I do like smooth jazz or easy listening music that is played on some of the elevators.

i cannot remember the last time i have actually heard music on an elevator. not at from where i am from. but I know what you mean. i have heard favorite tunes that have been butchered to "elevator" types of music. i do not mind the mild music easy listening is nice. but if you mean taking a tune and turn it into one of those "100 strings" songs I am still not ready for that.
