Everyone.net works well when it is working. When it doesn't, they have the WORST support individuals responding. They have THE WORST support response timeline. They have only one very concealed method to send them tech support issues. They obviously DO NOT want to be contacted. This is what you are buying when you sign up for their service.My issue was very simple - their emailers were intermittantly rejecting other ISPs emails. But everyone.net could not resolve it. Instead, they played a blame game. I would be good with the truth 'we cannot resolve the difficult errors' but instead pointed fingers at others. Blaming others ticks me off.... and I'm sorry but I have to dump them.

Solid reliability and good support. I am very pleased with my email service. I can check my email messages from Outlook, their Web Mail and my Treo.
