The Lambda Chi's that I knew were generally good guys, but were so devoted to the organization that they put it above all else, including but not limited to school work, friends, girlfriends, any other campus organizations they might belong to, including other fraternities that they joined first (long complicated story involving the distinction between professional and social fraternities), etc.

these guys are amazing everywhere

Not big on fraternities but I was/ am a "Lambda Chi Alpha". This group at least when I was involved was a great bunch of guys.
