Larry Wilmore always brings the funny, usually by covering racial issues in an uncomfortably accurate way.  It's a paradox -- his reports are outrageous but he is always understated.

This guy is absolutely hilarious.

Has done only five-odd reports, but already ranks among the best correspondents ever. The report which satirically concluded that every black vote in the Democratic primaries should count as only three-fifths of a vote -- since every three black voters scare off every five white voters -- was a masterpiece. I hope he comes to have a regular segment on the show, perhaps as a kind of Bizarro version of Lewis Black, since he's the exact opposite of Black. I mean, of Lewis Black.
