Rob Corddry is just not that funny to me.  His humor always reverts to sexual innuendo, which in itself is fine of course, but with him it's the only arrow in the quiver so to speak.

Generally one of the funnier, more bitingly acerbic correspondents on the show, which has certainly had its share of funny, bitingly acerbic correspondents. He also did a great guest spot as a "reformed" sex offender on Larry David's "Curb Your Enthusiasm". Hopefully Corddry won't become one of those people (Akroyd, John Candy, Eugene Levy, etc.) that are so enormously talented on TV and then move on to motion pictures and become total stiffs (not necessarily their fault; it's hard to shine in movies if they're completely crappy ones, as they invariably seem to be in Hollywood these days when it comes to comedy).

Dark Horse candidate for best ever correspondent. I love the Rob Corddry's Boston bit back in the day.

Rob, I am BEGGING you to come back to the "Daily Show"! Your carefree-asshole demeanor is desperately needed at a time when the show is steadily sliding down a hill in neutral gear, steered by the unmodulated irony of John Oliver, the worst correspondent ever. Help! Your new show, "The Winner," stinks! Come back to cable! Please!
