 | abichara (62) 02/03/2007 | For a good part of the game, the Patriots were dominating Peyton Manning and the Colts. All the way to the end, I thought the Patriots were going to win. The Colts only took the lead at the end of the game, as they needed over 3 touchdown drives to catch up with the Patriots. Tom Brady and the Patriots took over the ball for the last minute of the game. At that point, I was waiting and fully expecting that Brady would pass the ball to one of his recievers for that last minute, much-needed touchdown, as he has done a few times during his playoff career. But the Colts intercepted him and the game was over. It was a great games; indeed usually the conference championships are the most entertaining games of the season, moreso than the Super Bowl, which some years include teams that aren't well matched. Out of all the Super Bowl games I've watched in the 20 years, only 3 or 4 have been remotely interesting. Last year's Pittsburgh v. Seattle game put me right to sleep. But the conference championships rarely do. In this case, the four teams that advance create good matchups and play aggressively.

 | irishgit (146) 02/02/2007 | When the Pats went up 21-3 I turned the game off and went out for the afternoon.
Damn. I hate it when that happens.

 | GenghisTheHun (173) 01/21/2007 | Usually these games are yawners, but this was in the top five playoff games off all time. The Colts came back from a 21-6 deficit. Unprecedented!
