I just moved here from Texas, and my refrigerator did not make the trip very well, and was not cooling when I got to San Diego. Not knowing who to call, I looked up the New Kudzu site, and also found Service Magic, and found only 1 service company who didn't seem to be rating themself, but the Ratings and Reviews are Verified by customers only. That service company I called and to my surprise and delightment, I reached an extremely pleasant lady on the phone, named Barb, and she put all my worries to rest about my refrigerator, and told me that she would have a Factory Trained technician out to fix it for me, and he would give me a written estimate, before doing anything, and that he would be there in less than 1 hour! Amazing Service, and so kind and pleasant over the phone, which is unusual these days with service companies! Michael came out just after he called to let me know he was on the way, just as Barb had said he would, and in the time frame, 1 hour that she told me he would be there. Michael gave me an estimate to repair the refrigerator, and it was a lot less than i had been used to paying in Texas, and what I expected to pay here in San Diego! I authorized Michael to repair my refrigerator, and thought he would have to order parts that would take 2 weeks, as was usual practice in Texas, but he astounded me by having what he needed on his van, and was able to have me back in operation within minutes! I am so glad I found Kudzu and Service Magic, who lead me in the Proper direction for the Best Appliance Repair in San Diego, ABA Appliance! They are not just the Best, they go way beyond to be Pleasant, Kind Courteous, and Michael was very well groomed and Professional looking in a uniform with a Business Logo on it, so I knew who he was. Thank you Barb, Michael and ABA Appliance for helping me out in an outstanding way upon my arrival into San Diego, I will tell everyone I know about ABA Appliance!

And the fact I could understand the technician, was extremely pleasurable too!
