They are really friendly and super clean. I have got my nose peirced and a tattoo there from Steve and Ed.

I came in late for my tattoo and Ed still did it for me even though Im sure he would have much rather have gone home.

When getting my nose peirced Steve stepped me through every motion right down to him opening the package the needle was in.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a tattoo or a peircing.

This is my favorite place to get tattoos, piercings and to buy jewelry. I have going to inferno since they opened and i have seen them grow fast and its because they do great work at a great deal of a price and always treat you with repect ,no attitudes. Steve the owner has done all my work and he is awesome, i promise you he will make you laugh!

I've gone to inferno perviously for my tongue and lip, and it always was a great experience. I went there to get my monroe done recently and the kid was shaking more than me. The first time he did it, he couldn't get the stud in. So he had to re pierce it. So I wake up the next day and it sunk into my lip from the fact; it was SUPER crooked, the barbell was WAY too short (he told me he put a long one in, but he didn't.) and the back was smaller than any other one I've ever seen. All that mixed with swelling. So I called them to let them know, and asked how to fix it. I could not push it through at all. They told me I wasn't cleaning it right and all this stuff. Which is wrong. I was cleaning it. They were super rude on the phone. They took down my name and number and said the piercer would call me back to set up an appointment to get it fixed. He still has yet to call me back, so I just went to a different place and got it fixed.
So I payed 25+ dollars to get a crooked, screwed up monroe. Had to deal with rude people. All in all an event I wish I could have just avoided.

The tattoo artist steve rushed the tattoo that i was getting. When the tattoo healed in certain areas the tattoo was scared the ink faded I went back and showed him he was rude and didn't care to do anything about it. I had to go else where to get it fixed. Yeah he's prices were cheap but i would say if you dont want a messed up tattoo and have to pay more some where else to get it fixed, go elsewhere and make sure its done right.

it's so untrue that this place is not clean, one, and two... all the staff there is friendly. If you can't take a joke or be friendly back that's your problem. I've been going to this Tattoo shop for about 2 years now. The first time i went was to get my eyebrow done! They gave me so much sh*t that it was gunna hurt and what not..and it didn't even hurt. Steve was the one who did it! Then i got more piercings ther from him... finally tattoos came into my system and the 2nd tattoo i got from him! BEst prices and great quality! To be mad at something small and retarted and give the store a bad reputation.. not cool.. i honestly give this sora a 1000% on friendliness and cleanliness!

AWFUL is right! This tiny, cramped parlor and rude employees were half my concern. I went in to get a small, pretty plain letter tattoo and left with a huge disappointment that now probably has to get covered. The artist rushed through the entire process and the other employees made me feel super uncomfortable, not to mention the questionably of their cleanliness...Believe me you have made the right choice to look somewhere else because this place is the pits!

I've been to this place a couple of times and both times the people were friendly and the shop was clean. I had previous work from another shop and wanted to add on to it. So I asked for someway of doing this and they found exactly what I was looking for . THANKS !!!

Absolutely the best tattoo shop I have ever been to!(And I've been to many) The artists and staff are well experienced and friendly.The shop itself is one of the cleanest I've seen. You will not be treated like "Cash Money" as with other shops. You cant go wrong with Inferno.
