The best sauce made by the company, by far. Zesty, yet somewhat compley with smokey undertones that are reminsiant of a southern style bbq. I my be a nothern but I do love zest and bbq.

The people at Tabasco have done 1 hot sauce right and this is it. The smokey flavor is very nice and there is none of the overpowering vinegar flavor of thier original sauce. This sauce just works well. The perfect blend of smokey flavor and heat. Kudos to the folks at Tabasco for this relatively new addition to thier repetoire.

Not hot at all, or even sour, but does have a nice smoky taste.

Its a great sauce for adding to Tex-Mex food or for adding heat to a recipe with a little more flavor than a simple hot sauce. Its got a great smoky taste that is great with meat. To me it doesn't taste hotter than regular tabasco, but its flavor is far superior.

  Thin vinegar based hot sauce.  Dark reddish color.  Smell is vinegar and lightly of smoky chipotles.  Taste is good and is what you'd expect from the ingredients.  Vinegar like and tart but with smoky earthy flavor from the chipotle.  More flavorful and appealing than regular tabasco with slightly more heat, but still relatively mild overall.  Not bad, but not the best chipotle sauce either.  Widely available, cheap and the best tabasco brand sauce, in my opinion.  Decent.
