He is not a war hero, he's a war criminal and a traitor to our country!

Not very relevant to the debate today and I'm certain not too many people care anymore outside the usual talking-heads. The cultural divisions present in that era are still manifesting itself today, but most people aren't going to take this into direct consideration when selecting a candidate.

There are a few things you can be sure of: some Americans will vote for the democrat, regardless of the issues of the campaign; some democrats are still wounded by Clinton's war-protestor history and believe that Kerry's heroism resonates with undecided voters; and John Kerry's military records (which include sufficient evidence to have him tried for Treason) will not be released, prior to this election, or ever. If you are considering voting for John Kerry, you obviously voted for Bill Clinton, consider whether you might change your vote had he (Clinton) been accused of treasonous and seditious acts, prior to being elected. If you say it doesn't matter, then you are a dyed-in-the-wool liberal. Anyone short of that status deserves to know who and what they are voting for. When has it ever been OK to withhold pertinent information from the voting public during an election campaign? Ask Jack Ryan, running for senator in Illinois. And don't expect Dan Rather to break this story, crack, objective journalist that he may be.

John Kerry's mugshot is perched in several pro-communist museums in North Vietnam. Would you like to know why? Then, naturally, I shall tell you! After Kerry's four months in Vietnam, he testified before congress. There, he falsely accused numerous officers of some of the most horrific of Geneva-Convention breaking crimes. Thousands of miles away, in a prisoner-of-war camp in Vietnam, this testimony was being played over a speaker to several American prisoners-of-war. This testimony led to the torture of several officers in an effort to get him to them to testify to Kerry's false claims. These officers were tortured for over 2000 days before they were liberated from the camp. There's a reason Stalin called democrats useful idiots.
