Spalding NeverFlat Basketball 1

New and exiting, well not really. Went to the store to check them out. Supposedly you don't have to air up the ball for the first year. Unfortunately if the ball is shipped to the store flat, you have to air it up, if u air it up, ie break the valve, your warranty is no longer valid. Scam???
