Climate would be an issue, and pretty much require a domed stadium. Unless you want to see players dying of dehydration in the early season games. Also, the demographics aren't exactly optimum as far as the NFL is concerned.

Not unless betting on the NFL is banned in Nevada. I don't want fans booing when the team is up by two points in the last minute and the QB takes the knee, because the team is favored by 3.5 points and many fans have money on the team. Neither do I want the players intimidated by gamblers who claim that because of the jock's boneheaded mistake the bettors lost a whole bunch of money.

I think they certainly can support an NFL franchise, but would they? Who knows?

I agree that the Arizona Cardinals should move to Las Vegas, the fastest growing city in America.

Vegas is home to the NFR now and has proven they can sell out major events. I think it would be a good place for some kind of pro sport.

Perfect, except for the nature of the location.

They need a pro-sports team period. All they have is Las Vegas Speedway and UNLV Rebels in the Mountain West Conference. They had one in the XFL but that didn't last.
