I spend a fair bit of time in Portland and this is pretty heavy Seahawks territory. I doubt the Hawks would welcome the move, despite the owner also owning the NBA Trailblazers.

Its a big market, granted, but its only about three hours from Seattle, an even bigger market.

Neighbor Seattle only sells out at home when the team is over .500--the Pacific Northwest couldn't give enough fan base for a second team with that kind of fickleness.
