Okay...my opinion keeps getting deleted so I'll try this. The Bush twins seem like...uh respectable ladies that I would like to...um invite to my bed...for um conversation?

The giggling and carrying on didn't add to their image. Ironically, their behavior there and everywhere else is typical indication of a permissive and indulgent parent, which I thought was a liberal problem. I thought they were cute. They're certainly pretty. But the giggling was inappropriate.

They sounded like cute, goofy girls just out of college, which... is exactly what they are. That's a lot better than pretending to be something that they're not. If I was feeling political, I'd probably make some crack about how the Bush Campaign could have learned a thing or two about being genuine from the Bush daughters. That instead of being genuine about their intentions and policies, The Bush Campaign instead decided to pull the bait'n'switch by showcasing moderates like Arnold, Giuliani, and McCain to trumpet the cause of an extremist administration... but I'm not feeling overly political at the moment, so I'll refrain.

If I were in the Bush camp, I would not have made the choice to put these two girls up on the stage, because they had nothing to add to the political discourse and theme of the convention. Being pretty isn't enough all by itself. But, not being a Bush supporter, I think they should have been given MUCH more time on stage...

Obviously there is a lack of speech writers for the RNC. It appears they used the same one for the twins as they did for ZELL...These 20 something speech writers are vulgar (sexual remarks about the senior Bush's) really mean (ZELL) need to be reigned in or slapped. Terrible just terrible.

Not enough intellegence between the two of them to pass an IQ test for one person, and no common sense to cover up such glaring flaws in public, unless I wasn't listening to the same CNN feed as everyone else.

Too many references to pop culture, they tried too much to endear themselves to the younger crowd, which I imagine didn't work, but they did give a more human face to President Bush. They're definitely not very political, but they looked good up there.

I personally think Jen & Barb would have been more helpful to this campaign if they had sat this one out.

Well, it was decent. The jabs at the Kerry daughters speech were pretty funny, but some of them fell flat on there faces. They should've talked more about their dad and what he can do for the country. The Kerry daughters seemed more professional, but looks can be deceiving...

i thought their speeches were pretty mediocre, but barbara bush is adorable.

As cute as they are, their somewhat ditzy speech with references to the cruder elements of pop culture didn't go over too well with me.

I had to keep reminding myself that I wasn't watching another one of those really annoying awards shows. I thought these two really sucked. While one of them was dressed up, the other one looked like a tramp. What a complete waste of bandwidth, time, and money.
