This guy (along with Shipman, Gacy, and Dahmer) is one sick puppy.

Truly a monster, he had his hotel set up with rooms to kill his victims in various ways, rooms to make people disappear thru secret doorways and tunnels. Bad enough he murdered young women and some children, he would sell their skeletons to medical schools and make money from them. He was charming and 'normal' looking and above suspect for a long time.
