It is a pure sugar cane rum. Remember folks, almost all rum is made from molasses. The Seco in mixed drinks is beyond rating. Smoothest you will ever have. The darks are all great (Negra, Oro, Centenario) to sip and savor......................

I've tasted the 5, 7, 12 & 18 year olds on trips to Central America & nothing is better. Having been a long time drinker of Johnny and Jack, I most admit that now I can get this Central American gold pot in Canada I'll have to make the switch. Feel free to try it. you wont be disappointed.

One of the finest rums on the market. Ive been drinking Flor De Cana since 1985, Before it was imported to the United States. My Favorite rum hands down. Ive tasted alot of different rums and Flor De Cana is well above its class in taste and smoothness. You can drink it straight or with coke. Definately a very enjoyable rum. If you haven't tried it. You are missing out.

Fancy foreign name and a rich sweet flavor make a rum of good quality. Really though, it's not a whole lot better than any cheap brand you'll find in a plastic half gallon.

The 18 year is by far the best i ever have, not sure why its rated below havana club or any of the others. I always buy a bottle when im in NCA. Not sure where else to get it.

I've tasted the 5, 7, 12 & 18 year olds on trips to Central America & nothing is better. This is from a single malt drinker not a rum guy, so go figure.

i'm not sure why this rum has been rated so low as even the 4 year one beats Captain Morgans and Bacardys - but the seven year one is simply great, and the price too. ($20)
