UPDATE: I have been taking Zonegran for about 6 months now and I have to say I'm disappointed. The drug I thought was working after a couple of months but then it seems to be less than effective. The doctor even increased the dosage but I have had little relief from my migraines. I guess its back to the drawing board for me to try and figure out the magic cure.  Original Message: Zonegran is a medicine to treat partial seizures in adults, like Topomax which is also used to treat seizures it is also prescribed for migraines. I have been taking Zonegran for over 2 months now and I wasn't sure it was going to work for me. Then after about the 2 month mark I started seeing some relief.
