We should all self examine before judging anyone else. Sort of a "cast the first stone" thing to me.

In My Opinion this was the best song on his "Bad" Album and different from his other hits as it was a "humanitarian vision" song, and although it doesn't get as talked as much as his other hits, this might have been his greatest song or you could certainly make a good case for it and he showed tremendous range in his voice, most notably when he hit the notes for the "change" lyric when he sings the line "If you want to make the world a better place, take a look at yourself and than make that *CHANGE*"Michael sung this song with such convinction and commitment he give it incredible life (of course you could say that about any song he sang), but if you hear someone sing it--even if it is the most talented male or female singer--they just can't perform the song anywhere near as well as Michael did, just as how Barbra Stresiand sang "Somewhere"--and Michael's most memorable performance of this song being at the 1988 Grammy's. If you never saw it check it on this you tube clip: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1zpTQCQEFhg

I remember singing this with my school choir in junior high (eighth grade); it was a brand new song, at the time. This is one of Michael's best songs -- a smooth, mellow song with the double bonus of a great message.
