First of all, Earl Paulk is neither a bishop or an archbishop. His nephew? Donnie Earl (D.E. Paulk) is now Senior Pastor. Earl was removed as presiding bishop of the ICCC (International Communion of Charismatic Churches, which is loosely affiliated with the World Council of Churches) in the Fall of 2005. Although Earl still claims to be a bishop, the question is who or what is he bishop over? I doubt that any reputable pastor or church would submit to his authority anymore due to the numerous scandals Earl has been involved in over the last 5 decades. Although he has never been criminally charged, the accusations are real and with merit. If anyone is in doubt, he or she should read the depositions (given under sworn oath and under penalty of perjury) already on file in the DeKalb County courthouse for the upcoming trial to begin on April 2. Recently it has come to light that Earl molested his own granddaughter when she was a child. I tell you, the man is a sick b_stard!!!! His day of justice is near.

He is only getting a 1 because there is not the option of 0. Paulk is an incredibly evil man. He has been accused for decades of sexual molestation of women and little girls in his congregation. I was a member of his church for years, I know many of the women involved and what they are saying is true. Earl Paulk is responsible for thousands of people losing faith and leaving the church and he should by rights have stepped down amid all the charges brought against him before but he has always denied everything. This spring he is going on trial for molesting a young woman in his church and this trial and its outcome will be huge. Like the above poster said google him and see what is said about him. What is said online is just the tip of the iceberg on this vile man.
