Tampa Bay, as usual, has some good young talent. Carl Crawford is a terrific multi-talented player, Rocco Baldelli is solid when healthy, and they have some other decent hitters. However, the pitching beyond Kazmir is abominable and the team may improve a little this year but have a very hard time escaping from the bottom of the A.L. East. Keep in mind they have finished last every year but one since their inception.
