The D-Backs have a stud in Brandon Webb, but he is the only real star on their team. Their lineup is fairly young and unproven, while their starting rotation is unimpressive. I don't see them challenging for a playoff spot this year, although they will be an up and coming team in the next several years.

These guys are several years away at best.

Some good young talent, particularly pitching, but not enough seasoning for them to be considered this year, or next for that matter.

The Johnson signing is irrelevant.

If they did it I'd crap myself. You can hold me to that, too.

Hmm...hard to say..Could actually be hard to say how this team will do. Brandon Webb is a very good pitcher, and they have some young talent coming up. Some has- beens and weaknesses too. You might have to consult that crabby looking hat from the Harry Potter flicks. Oh and numbah, if you're out there I don't know about Arizona, but if a legend left for a couple of years to the Yankees and came crawling back, people in Boston, Philly, and other East Coast cities, hell, even The METS, would toss that bum-ba-rah into the ocean though I guess you could give him the bums rush into a sand dune...
