You got me. I like the Really bad ones from the 80's and early 90's especially. Although the 70's Had some pretty good (Bad) Exploitation films that are Worth watching --if you are the Type who likes to Turn off your brain and watch things explode while listening to Lame catch phrases.

Is somebody insinuating that action films are cheesy? I am appalled. If Chuck Norris, Steven Seagal, and I ever find out who called their films cheesy, then we will have no choice but to recruit Jean-Claude Van Damme and Sylvester Stallone to help us hunt them down and beat their ass. I fear no repercussions! Arnold Schwarzenegger will surely pardon us if there is any unavoidable loss of life.

I haven't been able to stomach any brainless movies ever since coming out of the Elementary school. It gets to a point that watching cheesy action films only add stress to my day by thinking every minute I spend watching it could have been better spent getting some quality snooze.

Anything with Ed Lauter in it, I'll watch.

Yup, I enjoy them. After two hours of this junk food, I feel like I've eaten a whole bag of potato chips. Then I notice the empty bag.

Always a hoot to see Schwarzenegger blasting his way through umpteen bad guys...Also, check out 'Armour of God' with Jackie Chan. The cover says it all...

Pretty much any of the early Jean Claude Van Damme or Steven Segal films.

This is one of mine. I particularly like those really cheesy barbarian action pictures that were made back in the '80s. Deathstalker, Beastmaster, etc., and all the rest of those crappy but amusing films. They always have a surfeit of eye-candy, which is probably the source of my interest.
