Irrititating yes, but thankfully it's uaually a brief encounter. They are either passing through or they pull up next to you at a stop sign or signal, either way it's not long enough to really bother me.

My family and I enjoy spending time outdoors in the nice quite evening.  Except when someone from the nearby apartment complex drives by a block away with their car stereo so loud that I would swear it's going to break the windows in the house!  I just find it very annoying to have my quite time interrupted so rudely!

Further proof that I am getting older...When I was in high school, cops would bust that *** for playing a car stereo too loudly. With younger drivers today, it's not cool unless the bass can be heard thumping at least 1-2 miles away. Very annoying.
