I have some gray in my hair, and I've been invited to take part in "senior" functions in my church. What do you make of that?!

I think it's kind of silly to make judgments on these things, as there have been some very young people that have had gray hair and/or are bald. Age has nothing to do with it. It's all in the makeup of a person.

My husband has grey hairs, and he's well under 40 ( . . . and, before anyone thinks it, he had it BEFORE he met me!)

This is certainly true for poor, old, senior citizen GTH.

I am 41 and have a healthy head of hair. But...it went from black, to salt & pepper, then...by the time I was 30...all salt.

I'm sure there is lots of people under forty with grey hair. They just dye it, while people over forty don't.

This may be true in most cases, but I know many guys under forty that have began to gray, and lose their hair. My own father began to lose his hair in his lat twenties. My brother's hair turned gray while in his thirties.

One of my school mates started loosing his hair around 24 and well I think that the 40 thing is just a myth. He actually looks better with a shaved head anyway!!!

I think the Hatter is talking about my brothers. Don't worry, numbah isn't swimming in the shallow end of the gene pool like those clowns. At 28 I have all the hair I had at 18 (well, not as long) and not a single grey hair. (haha?)

I know a couple of people with a hair line problem who aren't even forty yet.
