a fa vorite movie can be good for me. something to give me couple hours away from my troubles. I been having more than usual worries lately and putting on a movie I enjoy can be comforting. does not solve anything but nice.

Not so sure what Star Wars is gonna do for me, but the Jedi stuff does serve as a reminder to be calm and not lose it.

It's more of an escapist thing; it doesn't really help to confront any issues, at least not for me.
