I have purchased a number of items from this company (by mail) and have had no problems whatsoever.

Went in with advertisement from Best Buys who were selling the Garmin GPS Nuvi 660 for $349.99 and J&R were selling for $499.99,i asked to match the price and they flatly refused!!Eventhough they advertise they match prices but he gave me runaround and then refused to match the price,is this honesty ,hell no this is false advertisement,or simply LYING.

I haven't bought anything from this store but a friend highly recommended it to me for purchase of video equipment. He has bought some expensive Sony Camcorders and says he has saved buying them at J&R music.

Awsome stuff if you live near by.
