Bobby Frasor 4

Bobby Frasor has the potential to be one of the best PGs in college basketball. He was sidelined for a good portion of the 06-07 season because of a foot injury, but looking at his freshman stats, there's no doubt this kid has talent! Hopefully he'll heal up over the off season and be ready to go as a leader next season. He has to be more aggressive and make opportunities for himself, but he's got the skills and the drive to make a huge difference on the Carolina team.
