Absolute best buffet I've ever experienced, Maine Lobster and Alaska King Crab every night! The casino is cool, laid back and usually pretty busy - great slots.

Do not park in the valet. They will damage your car. I parked my car in the valet and the employees bold face lied to management about damaging my car. I have a ruined bumper on my 1 year old car. Damages are estimated at $527.64!!!!!! They refuse to pay for the damages. Do not GO TO VALLEY VIEW unless you want to pay hundreds of dollars to have your car fixed!!!!!

I disagree with RenaC. Valley View Casino has grown into a beautiful property and now they are building a hotel. The key to the buffet is just to get there right when it opens...then you are free to enjoy the amazing lobster, crab, shrimp, sushi, prime rib and more...yum! Their service is always so friendly and personable, they treat me like family!

They have lost touch with their customers. Its now about cramming so many people like sardines. They cant make up their mind from one waitress to the next how much drinks cost.. Yes their buffet is good but wait in line for 3 to 4 hours it is sure not worth it. Their concerts are outside in a parking lot and are very disorganized and downwind from the chicken farm..Phew bring a towel or something to help you breath. To top it all off their machines are so tight they make cruise ships casinos look loose. I have been with Valley View since the beginning and I am sad to say there are many other good casinos in San Diego I would try a different one first.
