Mischievous little brother of Nellie Oleson who was known for standing in the corner in school and eating. After Nellie left Walnut grove with her husband Percival, he became the big brother in the house when Nancy was adopted. From then on, Willie gradually transformed into a young gentleman, and (unsupported by his mother) finally took a girl named Rachel for his wife, deciding to settle down and help in the store after his graduation.

He was such a follower as a younger child but as he got older he became his own person.  I loved it when he got married.

"In the corner, Willie!"

I thought his character was very comical. He played it well.
