 | Molfan (57) 07/11/2008 | a good friend of Charles Ingalls. the girls adored him. Caroline took awhile to warm up to him until the day he trudged through a blizzard to give her girls some presents for Christmas. Mr. Edwards was rough around the edges, drank a bit but had heart of gold and was a true friend to all.

Ingalls Family when they needed him. I think he's truly a symbol
of what a loyal friend should be like.

They were both carefree spirits, loyal, able to drink and cuss up a storm and even invent a few words, and free of the material shackles of modern society, He was a great character and people like him really do exist, I know from first hand experience.
