Expressing and showing appreciation is a sign of gratitude for what the other party has said or done for you. The best way to show it is correspond. But a thank you is always welcomed.

Appreciation would be nice. It's better than dating a whiner.

Its nice to know that your being taken for granted. But that doesn't mean they should stroke your ego every time.

It can often be easier to say you love a person than it is to show them. A good partner will let you know they appreciate you, with both words and actions.

Being around a person who is haunted by chasing the brass ring can be a living hell.
