There are times when a tattoo on a woman can get my attention and it helps make her look appealing. However, there are also times when I see a tattoo and wonder, "What the hell was she thinking?"

I'm not a big fan, and I have one. On women, for me, it kind of depends what it is, where it is, how big it is, and how many there are.

I'm neutral. I could go with or without them, but I draw the line at having TOO MANY tattoos.
