Like Donovan, I've never used it, but considering that heavy-duty drugs like Vicodin and Percocet only work some of the time for me, I can't imagine that some nonsensical over-the-counter fluff "medicine" like this would have any efficacy at all. I think 2 or 3 aspirins would work more effectively than this, although, in fairness, I haven't been motivated enough to actually go out, buy it, and try it out for myself. If anybody has used it, and swears by it, I'd be more than happy to hear from them. Barring that, I'm going to have to regard the claims about the effectiveness of this "migraine remedy" as spurious.

I'm not sure about this product. I have never used it. It may work on a mild sinus headache with the menthol ingredient that is supposed to be included in its makeup. I seriously doubt if it would have any positive effect on a migraine.
