I don't know what to say except that I hope he gets what's coming to him.

Two things I want to say about this guy.
(1) NBC should have respect the victims' families and not release Cho's manifesto. We certainly dont need another Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold. (2) Why in the hell does the Korean American community feel the need to apologize for this douchebag? As a fellow Asian, I'm disappointed that they didn't grow a spine and tell the media "it's not our fault that Cho is off his rocker. Stop comparing us to that crazy a----!"

All of us suffer at school, but I guess he just couldn't handle it and thought of himself as a big-shot 'video game character'...I think he had serious psychological disorders, so he's not deserving of the full five stars.

Let's be ABSOLUTELY clear about this one: Cho Seung-Hui was nothing more than a nefarious mass murderer who ought to be considered one of the worst of the worst. How can anyone defend what he did in taking the lives of thirty-two innocent victims and heroes? Though he may have been emotionally disturbed, Cho's actions were CLEARLY pre-meditated; and his arrogance and callousness towards human life was nothing short of evil. And comparing himself to martyrs and blaming society for his actions was insulting. Cho was plain and simply a LOSER who could never grow up and never got over anything in his life. And now, there are reports that he was a victim of bullying and teasing throughout his life. Total bulls--t AS THERE IS NO EXCUSE!!! I'm an Asian American myself, and though I could sympathize about the bullying and teasing (I was often teased for anything from being relatively short, to having an accent, and even once for being "Filipino"), I used the anger and hurt I felt to motivate me to great success and to stand up for myself. And maybe I speak for myself, but I was determined to succeed on my own, regardless of what others thought of me. But Cho? He seriously was a mental-weakling and a COWARD! Cho's not only a disgrace to Asian America, but a disgrace to all Americans. Also, major props to zuchinibut for brilliantly pointing out that: "[Cho's] action [was] completely unjustifiable and inexcusable...[and that] there is no excuse for random killing. The fact that he could plan such an awful incident and actually carry it out makes him one of the most despicable characters I can think of." zuchinibut, perfectly said!

I have a hard time labeling people as evil, but Cho Seung-Hui definitely seems to fit that description. He obviously suffered from severe emotional disturbance, but his action taken was completely unjustifiable and inexcusable. I'm sure he probably went through some awful things in his life, but there is no excuse for random killing. The fact that he could plan such an awful incident and actually carry it out makes him one of the most despicable characters I can think of.
