This product is very efficient, but if you have allergies you will need to look at a med that suppresses the actual allergy symptoms. I normally only have to take (2) Sudafed tablets. When I was using Claritin-D, I was having problems sleeping. If I need allergy relief, I now take (1) Wal-itin with (2) Sudafed tablets and it's very effective. Always check with your doc first to make sure you can take the OTC drugs. Some drugs have dyes in them also which may compromise some people. Ask your doc.

I had it once, and it kept me awake practically all night long. It might work for some, though.

I haven't used this in a while. I think there are other things that work better.
