Sudafed PE 4

Does the trick, and leaves little room for a PM alternative.  As a medical professional, I can tell you that (when used and not abused) the amphetamenes involved are perfect for decongestion and general relief of symptoms.  Don't mix this with Clarinex, but use that product for more permanent conditions (Sudafed is habit-forming).
