SpamShield 4.0 2

The problems started when I attempted to download the trial version. Repeated attempts resulted in nothing being downloaded. So I contacted customer support (they don't have an 800 number) and they emailed an alternate download URL. Still nothing downloaded. Finally, I purchased the CD and installed it only to discover that SpamShield cannot import my Outlook Express address book! At this point, I completely lost it. I called customer support again and they promised a credit card refund. If that doesn't happen I'll post another review soon.
