05/04/2007 | I'm going to say the Lions draft was great, because they took what may be the best player to come along in years. Calvin Johnson is an absolute freak of an athlete, but also seems to be a person of great character and determination. They also got Drew Stanton, who is a quality QB, and could be their starter of the future. Even if just 1 or 2 more of their drafted players turn into decent players, this draft should be considered a great success.
