04/30/2007 | I liked this guy when he played, because he got every ounce out of his limited ability, and always seemed to be in the game.
Not much of a talent, although he must have had something going for him, since he stuck around in the Show for over a decade.

04/30/2007 | Hard to believe this fellow was the top pick in the country, just goes to show how much of a gamble the baseball draft was and is. Foli was a shortstop of ordinary ability who nevertheless had a pretty long career with several clubs, including the '79 champs in Pittsburgh, he was a scrappy, hard nosed type who hustled.
