04/30/2007 | I agree with Oscar he has turned into a good player. What didn't help Nevin was Ted Williams(the quote was on the back of one of Nevin's rookie cards) making the comment, "He could become the greatest hitter in history!"

04/30/2007 | Something of a late bloomer, it took this guy years to escape from being an underachieving vagabond, a somewhat marginal player with a bad attitude/reputation. Eventually, he became a good player and had some good years with the stick.
