Not much sci fi in the series, but what a great job in keeping it alive and well for so long.  One of the very few series I have the whole DVD collection. It's always nice to be able to go back and re-lieve some of the thrilling moments.

Spanning 9 seasons X-Files was a great sci-fi show. With a huge cult following the creators explored government conspiracies and the paranormal. Along with the TV show on Fox the series also had a movie which was a box office success. Recently there have been rumors of a follow up movie to come within a few years.
