12/16/2007 | A good but not great 1967 song from a band that,along with The Move and The Pretty Things,were one of the very best successful English groups of the 60's to never have much commercial success in the U.S, though they did have a hit with "Itchykoo Park" and some other minor success here. They evolved into The Faces with Rod Stewart and Ron Wood, but I much prefer their earlier incarnation. This is a psychedelic pop song that is one of the earliest tunes that uses the technique of phasing. It's good, but they had at least 15 better songs.
