05/24/2007 | An endearing sort of song that was the only real hit this band ever had in America, though they were stars in England. A generally underrated group over here, with lots of great material in their career. A mellow pop song- somewhat psychedelic, but not an extremely weird thing. Instantly likeable kind of song. Steve Mariott split the group in early '69 to form Humble Pie, and ex Jeff Beck Group members Rod Stewart and Ron Wood joined. They dropped the "Small' and became The Faces.
