Umbrella - Rihanna featuring Jay-Z 4

I adore this song. It put a new twist on summer pop songs by breaking out of the typical "sexy and sunny" mold that seemed to strangle all that came before it. Plus Rihanna couldn't sound better on it, and the instruments really do sound like it's raining. I really like the music video, too, and I never get tired of seeing people walking down the street singing it.
