It is based in Houston, Texas in the United States, but has announced that it will establish a new headquarters in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, where Chairman and CEO David J. Lesar will work and reside. However, corporate offices will remain in Houston and the company will remain incorporated in the United States. Halliburton operates two major business segments: The Energy Services Group provides technical products and services for oil and gas exploration and production, and the KBR subsidiary is a major construction company of refineries, oil fields, pipelines, and chemical plants. KBR is in the last stages of being spun off from Halliburton.

Now you see why I refer to corporatists and the weasels ruining life for the rest of us as "sociopathic plutocrats." Helliburton's reputation of ill-repute probably gives the psychotics running the corporate world little hard-ons of envy. How could we have ever let our country turn into the very country from which we declared our independence? [Answers own question: It's easy, Schaddy, all you have to do is to put profit above all else, then morals and ethics become relative (to bottom line). And for those who don't know it, the Supreme Court in the early 1900's defined a corporation as having a duty to make profit (ostensibly above all else)--changing this language would go very, very far into reigning in corporate lust, greed and capitalist nihilism.)

Not only have they put their own employees at risk but also our troops. They were caught supplying our troops with contaminated water which they getting paid with our tax dollars to treat. They have recieved billions of dollars of our tax money and now they run to Dubai. There is definitely something fishy goig on here. This movie talks about the contaminated water.
