Lugo has had a couple of decent seasons at the plate, but for the most part is just an average hitter without power or a good OBP. This can work for a shortstop if they are great in the field, but Lugo has never been one of the best at fielding either. He has put together quite a long career for a guy with just average results though.

HE seems to have good seasons, but all he is is average. The only reason he seemed better is because he was one of the top players in Tampa.

Probably the worst regular shortstop in major league baseball today. Combines an anemic bat with a glove made of iron.
