An up and coming star. The young Brooks saw his first season as a starter at mid season in 08-09 and finished averaging 11.2 ppg. Even this year in the playoffs he continues to impress. Knocking down 34 against L.A. in game 4. He is The Rockets 3 key player behind Yao, and Artest and often out scores them. He is dangerous to leave open, as he is the Rockets BEST perimeter/3 point shooter. Along with Von Wafer he is also the Rocket's quickest player. He still needs to be a bit more consistant. Remember his name tho. He will only get better.

I don't think Brooks will be a star, but from what I saw of him he was a super hard competitor. He will likely be a very good guard off of the bench in the NBA. He won't get a ton of minutes every night, but his energy when he is on the floor could be a great boost for a team.

Lightning fast, undersized, scoring guards are a dime a dozen in the NBA. But I agree with AM here... this kid's a winner. I don't think he'll be another Salim Stoudemire.
