Took this 7-day cruise in September 1998. Left from and returned to Florida, either Miami or Fort Lauderdale. The Western Carribean itinerary included Key West, Cozumel, Playa del Carmen, and Grand Cayman. It was my first cruise on Celebrity, which I found to be a very good cruise line--good food, good entertainment, nice decor and cabins. Later confirmed that to be true with a second cruise on a different Celebrity ship. I enjoyed the itinerary on this cruise, especially Playa del Carmen, where we opted for a half-day excursion to the Tulum Mayan ruins and a half day at Xcaret eco park, which was truly enjoyable; we could have easily spent a whole day there.
